Antonia Gentry, star of Ginny & Georgia, sticks to the basics. The actor with dewy skin said, “I wash my faces, moisturize using a serum, then use a cream moisturizing product, and finally apply sunscreen.” La Roche-Posay, Caudalie and Caudalie are her favorites.
SPF is the number one priority when it comes to her skincare routine. “I wear SPF100 every day.”

Mask up

Sabrina Elba says that the Qasil Exfoliating Mask by S’able Labs will help balance the microbiome of the skin. She explains that the mask is anti-bacterial and has anti-inflammatory properties.
When I remove it, my skin appears dewy. Elba says, “It’s exactly what you see on the label, but I’m like, Oh my god, it really does that.” Don’t interrupt! “I don’t miss the mask anymore. I do it every week. “So that’s what I am obsessed with at the moment.”
Don’t discount the drugstore

Ryan Destiny’s favorite drugstore product is a gem. “My skin has become my top priority. Recently, I developed eczema and had to alter my skincare routine. “My routine is fragrance-free and gentle on sensitive skin,” she said.
She recommends La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair face Moisturizer SPF 30. Destiny says that skincare is essential before getting your makeup done, because the base of the makeup is crucial.
Exfoliate

Christie Brinkley says, “I exfoliate my face every morning.” This is something I have done for 40 years. It’s made my skin feel smooth and fresh. In an article I read forty years ago, it was said that men look five years younger when compared to women of the same age. The article said that men who shaved every day would have younger-looking skin. I said, “I’m not letting them get away with this!” I use my exfoliator because it is gentle. The entire line was designed after my skincare routine.”
Exfoliation helps to increase cell turnover, unclog pores and prevent breakouts. It also makes other products more absorbable. Brinkley recommends daily exfoliation but not all faces can tolerate it. For those with sensitive skin, or skin conditions that are difficult to tolerate, it is best to start slowly (once a month) and then build up.
Sleep and Water: Don’t skimp on either

Drink a lot more water and sleep a lot. Lea Michele says that although it is cliche, the only time I see any difference in my complexion is when I am well rested.
Drinking water is essential for a healthy digestive system (which also helps skin health). It hydrates your body from the inside out. Calculate how much water you need by dividing your body weight in half, and then drinking the amount expressed in ounces.
Eat Your Greens

After working with my esthetician I realized that skin health is more than how you cleanse your skin each day or what you apply topically. Olivia Culpo says, “I realized the importance of holistic skincare.” To help me with my acne, I changed my diet. I cut out the dairy and ate more greens. It made a huge difference. Sincerely, I am a sweet tooth. I also love ice-cream. Sugar and dairy in ice cream can make it difficult for the body to digest. My skin cleared up after I added more greens to my diet and cut out the ice cream.
Zinc is abundant in leafy greens like spinach, which can help fight acne and inflammation. Zeaxanthin is an antioxidant found in kale, collards, and other similar vegetables. It protects your skin against the elements.
De-Stress As Often As Possible

“I believe that any action you take to reduce stress will make you glow more.” Cate Blanchett says, “I love massages when I can.”
Stress can cause inflammation and premature skin aging, according to research. Stress can worsen skin conditions. Taking time for self-care, whether it’s a spa, a time alone or a relaxing bath, can help keep your skin clear and smooth.
Use high-quality ingredients

My mother’s cooking is the source of my main products. We make our own oils and moisturizers with her, as she is a herbalist. My Guyanese grandma’s oil is the key. “She had amazing skin and I followed her regimen,” says Leona.
Lewis is right, the quality of an active ingredient can have a direct impact on its efficacy. The higher-quality products can be absorbed more easily into the skin and therefore perform better.
Change your routine as you see the need for it

“I switch up my products according to how I’m feeling and how my skin is reacting to the changing season. I use Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Cream Light in the summer and La Mer Creme de la Mer in the winter. Jessica Hart: “I use Dr. Hauschka Almond Body Cream all year round for my body.
Skincare is not one size fits all. Skin type can also change with age, location, climate, and your age. By extension, your skincare routine should also be flexible enough to change over time.
Brighten Dull, Dry Skin with a DIY Mask

Priyanka says, “I have a lot of beauty secrets that I have passed down through the generations, and they continue to work as magic. A simple mask that can brighten up your skin, remove dullness, and help you glow is made with yogurt.” Mix equal amounts of oatmeal and yogurt (about 1-2 tablespoons) with turmeric (about 1 or 2 teaspoons). Mix, apply and leave on for 30 minutes. Then wash with lukewarm a warm water.
Both yogurt and oatmeal are good for your skin. According to studies, facial masks that contain yogurt can help skin retain moisture, look brighter and maintain elasticity. Oatmeal is also a proven anti-inflammatory that helps to reduce redness, itching, and dryness.
Don’t Overuse Products

Sometimes, using too many products may irritate your skin. When my skin is not overworked I like to wash my face with warm, lukewarm water a couple of times per week. Erin Heatherton recommends eating plenty of vitamin A-rich foods to keep your skin clear.
It’s sometimes better to keep things simple, both in terms of the products you use and the ingredients they contain. Experts can confirm that only a few ingredients are scientifically proven to be beneficial for skin. Focusing on these key ingredients, rather than what’s trendy, can help you reap the most benefits.
Maintain A Well-Rounded Attitude

Stay out of the sunlight, drink plenty of water and use creams that are best for your skin type. Olivia Palermo says to eat a lot of berries, as they are full of antioxidants.
Palermo says that a routine that is well-rounded (one that focuses on nutrition, topical treatments, and hydration), takes into consideration all factors which can affect the skin.
Don’t be afraid to experiment

Sofia Vergara says, “I buy a product when I hear someone say that it is beneficial or good.” “I like to try everything. “I love products…and I try to look after myself as much as possible.”
Some products, even those that are cult favorites, do not work for everyone. It is best to experiment with different products until you find the one that suits you best. You can also benefit from the guidance of an expert on your journey.
