Imagine my surprise when, during a 2018 Law Roach internship, I spent hours searching vintage stores and eBay sellers to locate the Takashi Murakami x LV Papillon used in Ariana Grande’s music video “Thank U, Next”. (Yes, I did find one. Go watch it.) This past season, the cylindrical bags were seen on not one but two runways. The bags are simple, minimalist, and modern this time.
