Demi Moore Wows in a Blue Mermaid Gown with a Striking Avant-Garde Hip Detail

Demi Moore is making waves with her newest consider the 2024 Cannes Film Festival. On Friday, the actress proceeded her gleaming design streak in the South of France while participating in the Chopard Trophée Awards in a sequined blue-green gown that took the mermaidcore fad into undiscovered style waters.

For the event, Moore– that functioned as the Chopard godmother to Challengers’ Mike Faist and Talk to Me’s Sophie Wilde– used a bustier blue column outfit from Balenciaga that featured an unforeseen avant-garde information. Due to its streamlined shape, the dress subtly protruded at both hips with pointy, cone-like accents and also included a small train that trailed behind her.

At the occasion, Moore revealed her enjoyment about being designated as “a godmother” to Faist and Wilde, before joking that in the U.S. “being a godmother type of ways that you have no duty,” including, “that you get to give the kids all the important things that the parents don’t permit, like candy and playthings.”

Still, Moore promised to assist Faist and Wilde as long as they desired her guidance. “I feel that you are both so accomplished and talented that I argue you require absolutely nothing from me and have all the resources within yourself to manage whatever comes your method,” she claimed. “But as your selected godmother, remember I’m not just here for the fun things, and you don’t have to do it alone.”
