  1. Pan cakes with Almond and Blueberries

Ingredients:

Greek yogurt—3/4 cup

Ground almonds—2 tbsp.

Fresh blueberries—1 cup

Granulated sugar—2 tbsp.

Baking powder—1/2 tbsp.

Baking soda—1/2 tbsp.

Lemon zest—I tsp.

Silvered almonds—1/4 cup

Almond milk—6tbsp.

Almond extract—1/2 tsp.

Egg—1

All-purpose flour—1 cup

How to Cook?

Take a bowel to add the below given ingredients in a dried form.

  • Flour
  • Baking soda
  • Baking powder
  • Lemon zest
  • Sugar
  • Ground almonds

Now take the other bowl and combine yogurt and milk together. Whisk them well, now beat the eggs in it. Combine both mixtures well to make it look as one.

  1. Frittaffle

Ingredients:

Roasted potatoes—2 cups

Argula—2 cups

Parmesan romano—1/2 cup

Canola oil—1 tbsp.

Cheese—1 cup any of your choice

Red bell pepper—1 large (diced)

Bacon—8 pieces (broken in 1 to 2 small pieces)

Eggs—8 eggs in beaten form

How to Cook?

Heat up canola oil in a non-stick pan (very important). Add red peppers and stir it up well till it gets soft. Now pour in potatoes and add bacon and argula in it and stir.

Make a mixture of eggs, salt, parmesan romano and pepper and add it to the pan in an even way. Now add some cheese over it and sprinkle some on the top. Let it cook for about 1 to 2 minutes till you see the formation of crispy edges.

Move the pan to oven now and cook on bake at 375 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.  Now get it out and cool it down on a wire rack.

Refrigerate it for 2 hours.

Now get it out of the pan using a 2.5 inch ring. Heat up waffle iron with some canola oil on it. And heat up each cut out on it, before serving.

  1. Chilaquiles

Ingredients:

Eggs—10

Black pepper—1 tsp.

Milk or cream—2 tbsp.

Shredded Monterey jack cheese—1/2 cup

Tortilla chips—4cups

Mexican hot style tomato sauce—4 cups

Radish chopped and sliced for garnishing

Fresh cilantro for garnishing

crumbled queso fresco—1/4 cup

vegetable oil—1 tbsp.

How to Cook?

Heat up the oven on 375°F. Get an oven-safe cast iron skillet. Pour in oil and add tomato sauce. Heat should not be more than medium. Add tortilla chips and stir it well so that they get saucy. Continue the stirring process until the whole sauce is absorbed.

Get a bowl and prepare another mixture. It should have eggs, salt, pepper, milk or cream. Beat them all well. Pour that over chilaquiles, already in the skillet. Sprinkle the cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove it from oven and sprinkle all the garnishing. Cut them out before serving.

  1. Poached Eggs with Avocado Toast

Ingredients

Eggs—2

Parmesan cheese 2tbsp.

Avocado 1/3

Whole grain bread—just 2

Salt and pepper (topping)

Thyme, basil or parsley for topping

Heirloom tomatoes—in quartered form

How to Cook?

Get a pan filled with simmering water. Use cups or ramekins to pour in each egg. Crack the egg in each ramekin and leave in the simmering water for poaching (Turnoff the stove when water is boiled). Cover the pan with lid and leave the eggs for poaching for about 5 minutes.

Toast the bread and get it flavored with smashed avocado. Get the eggs out of water and place it on paper towel to avoid any watery feel. Now place each egg on the bread and sprinkle it with the herbs, cheese, salt and pepper.

Pillsbury sugar cookies package—1

Buttermilk—1/4 cup

Eggs—2

Canned pumpkin—1 cup

Whipped cream

Banana slices

How to Cook?

Beat the eggs first and then add sugar cookie dough in it. Beat that along with eggs. Prefer an electronic mixer. As the mixture gets united in a smooth form, add about 1 cup of canned pumpkin in it. Lastly add butter milk and keep on beating.

Now heat up a griddle on a low flame. And pour the batter to make yummilicious pancakes, just the way we normally do. Don’t forget slices of banana and whipped cream before serving.

White bread—4 slices

Caster sugar—1tbsp.

Butter—2tbsp.

Grilled bacon slices—4

How to Cook?

Egg, milk and sugar are whisked well together. Now soak the bread slices in it. Preheat a non-stick pan with some butter over it. Now golden fry the bread on a low medium heat. Put all the ripe fruits (except berries) in a blender with almond milk. Smoothie is ready. Pour it in the bowel and garnish with different berries and dragon fruit.

Ingredients:

Tomato—8

Mushrooms—4

Egg—4

Garlic clove—1

Olive oil—2tbsp.

Spinach—200gm.

How to Cook?

Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Place the slices of mushrooms and tomatoes on oven-proof dish. Add thinly sliced garlic, olive oil and seasoning over it. Now bake it for about 10 minutes.

Add boiling water to spinach, in a bowl. Then strain the spinach well of all the water. Place spinach in the vegetables dishes, (you just got out from microwave) along with those veggies. Now crack each egg and pour it in the gaps between the vegetables. Keep it in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

Pomegranate—1

Pink grapefruit—2

Navel oranges—2

How to make?

  1. Fresh Fruits Smoothie

Ingredients:

Small pieces of ripe banana—1 banana

Frozen berries—1cup

Honey—4tsp.

Pomegranate juice—1/2 cup

Greek yogurt—1/2 cup

How to make?

Pour in all the ingredients in the blender to make super smooth puree. Everything should be mixed perfectly. If you find the smoothie a little thick, add more pomegranate juice. Don’t forget to chill before drinking.
